Meet your hypnotherapist

Biljana’s path into hypnotherapy has been shaped as much by lived experience as by professional training. For many years, she has worked within counselling and mental health settings, accompanying individuals through periods of uncertainty, vulnerability, loss, transition, and growth. These years of practice cultivated a capacity to observe verbal and unspoken communication, emotional patterns, relational imprints, and unconscious narratives that quietly shape a person’s inner and outer life.

Hypnotherapy first touched her life supporting her in shifting long-held patterns and reconnecting with aspects of herself that had felt distant or obscured. This experience led her to formal training and to the development of a practice grounded in clinical understanding and depth. Her work focuses on stress, anxiety, confidence, sleep disturbances, pain, and the recurring patterns that no longer serve the person one is becoming.

She approaches symptoms not only as problems to eliminate, but as meaningful expressions of the psyche — signals that something within is seeking attention, integration, or resolution. Even subtle reductions in stress can create profound shifts: clearer thinking, calmer physiological responses, and better choices during life transitions, pregnancy, changes in relationships, or the ordinary yet significant rhythms of daily life.

Trained in Yoga Nidra and yogic breathing, having studied these practices in the places from which they originate ,along with years of living across cultures, and time spent in ashrams and monasteries, continue to inform the way she holds therapeutic space — with presence, steadiness, and deep respect for the complexity of each individual’s inner world.

Her work is gentle, attuned, and collaborative, understanding change as a process of integration rather than force, a gradual reconnection with one’s own strength, clarity, and capacity for growth. She supports clients in accessing deeper layers of awareness, allowing insight and transformation to emerge in ways that are both meaningful and enduring.
