Each session is tailored to you.
The first session usually lasts 1- 1,5 h, with follow-ups around 45-60minutes.
There are four stages of hypnosis:

We will start with a brief discussion about your goals, then move into a guided relaxation. This calm, focused state helps you access your inner resources for insight, clarity and change.During the session, we may use imagery, metaphors, and gentle guidance to explore patterns and support new ways of thinking and feeling. Sessions end with a gentle return to full awareness, leaving most people feeling calm, grounded and focused.
You will stay fully conscious and in control throughout- hypnotherapy is a collaborative process that helps you reconnect with your own strength and clarity.
There’s not a set amount of time you’ll need hypnotherapy. Biljana will monitor your progress. You might need only a few sessions to start seeing results, but it may take longer. There will be a treatment plan for future sessions with your input and feedback. You don’t need special preparation, just be yourself and be honest about what you hope to accomplish.
WHO HYPNOTHERAPY IS ( and ISN"T) FOR
Hypnotherapy can gently support stress, anxiety, sleep, depression, pregnancy, life transitions, habits, performance, confidence, emotional regulation, unwanted behaviours and old patterns when you are ready and willing to explore change.
It is specifically suitable for individuals who are willing to cooperate and engage in the process, allowing their minds to become more open to suggestions and new perspectives. It is intended to complement not replace psychological and medical treatment.
It is NOT suitable for serious psychiatric conditions like schizophrenia or active psychosis , and works best alongside medical or psychological care .
